*How do I know if my contrast is high or low?
Take a black and white photo of yourself in even lighting. Do your features all blend and you notice your whole face at once? (like the picture on the left- low contrast). Or do you notice each individual feature i.e. eyes, brows, hair, lips? (like the picture on the right- high contrast).
